Chief Operating Officer & Business Development Executive

Richard is Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Executive of RD Lewis Wealth Management. Previously serving as the Chief Compliance Officer, Richard is now responsible for general business oversight and the exploration of growth for the firm. His years of managerial, entrepreneurial and consulting experience along with change management and process improvement brings a unique balance to the outstanding talent of the advisory principals.

Before RD Lewis Wealth Management, Richard was Principal Consultant for Phoenix Imaging. As a seasoned healthcare executive, Richard provided executive healthcare and tech solutions and interim executive healthcare management.

As a graduate of Saint Leo University with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration, Richard provides a clinical focus to ensure that RD Lewis Wealth Management continues to look out for their clients’ best interests.

In his spare time, Richard loves to cook, travel and sample fine wine and spirits.
